Welcome to Bali Dirt Bike Enduro. By booking or participating in our tours, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made through our official website, authorized agents, or direct communication with Bali Dirt Bike Enduro.

Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure your booking, depending on the tour package. Your booking is considered confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation message or voucher has been issued.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected.

2. Rider Requirements

Participants must be at least 16 years old to ride a dirt bike. Riders under 18 years old must have permission from a parent or guardian.

Participants should have a basic level of physical fitness and must be able to operate a motorcycle safely.

Previous off-road riding experience is recommended for intermediate or advanced routes but is not required for beginner tours.

Bali Dirt Bike Enduro reserves the right to refuse participation if a rider is considered unfit, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or unable to ride safely.

3. Safety and Equipment

Safety is our top priority. All riders must follow the instructions of our guides at all times.

We provide:

• Dirt bike
• Helmet
• Boots
• Protective gear
• Professional guide

Participants must wear the provided safety equipment during the entire ride.

Failure to follow safety instructions may result in termination of the tour without refund.

4. Liability and Responsibility

Dirt bike riding is an adventure activity that involves certain risks.

By participating in our tours, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that Bali Dirt Bike Enduro, its staff, and guides are not responsible for injuries, accidents, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.

Participants ride at their own risk and are responsible for their personal safety.

5. Damage to Motorcycles

Participants are responsible for any significant damage caused to the motorcycle due to negligence or reckless riding.

Minor wear and tear is considered normal and will not be charged.

In case of major damage, repair costs may be charged to the participant.

6. Weather Conditions

Tours operate in most weather conditions. However, Bali Dirt Bike Enduro reserves the right to modify or cancel tours if weather or trail conditions are considered unsafe.

In such cases, we may offer:

• Rescheduling the tour
• Alternative route
• Partial or full refund depending on circumstances

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be informed as early as possible.

• Cancellation 48 hours before the tour: full refund.
• Cancellation 24–48 hours before the tour: 50% refund.
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before the tour: no refund.

No-show on the day of the tour will be treated as a cancellation with no refund.

8. Photography and Media

During the tour, photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes.

By joining the tour, participants agree that Bali Dirt Bike Enduro may use these photos or videos for marketing, social media, and website content.

If a participant prefers not to appear in media, please inform the guide before the tour starts.

9. Environmental Responsibility

We respect Bali’s nature and local communities.

Participants are expected to:

• Respect local culture and villages
• Avoid damaging the environment
• Follow designated trails

Any behavior that harms the environment or local community will not be tolerated.

10. Agreement

By booking and joining a tour with Bali Dirt Bike Enduro, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
